Account Deletion Request – NeoDrive Driver App

This page explains how users of the NeoDrive Driver App, operated by NeoDrive Auto & Global Trading Ltd, may request the deletion of their driver account and associated personal data.

NeoDrive is committed to complying with Google Play’s user data and account deletion requirements.

1. How to Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your NeoDrive Driver account, please follow one of the options below:

Option A — Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to:

support@neod.ng
Subject: Account Deletion Request – NeoDrive Driver App

Please include the following:

• Your full name

• Phone number registered in the app

• Email address associated with your NeoDrive Driver account

• Driver ID (if available)

Our support team will verify your identity and process your request.

Option B — In-App Request (If available in your app version)

1. Open the NeoDrive Driver App

2. Go to Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion

3. Follow the prompts to submit your request

(If in-app deletion is not available, please use Option A.)

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete:

• Driver profile information (name, phone number, email)

• Login credentials

• Profile photo

• Vehicle information you provided

• Real-time and historical location data

• Device information associated with your account

• Payment method or payout details

• App activity data linked to your user ID

After deletion, your account cannot be restored.

3. What Data May Be Retained Temporarily (Legal & Operational Requirements)

Certain data may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or financial compliance purposes, including:

• Trip history required for financial audits

• Tax and accounting records

• Fraud prevention data

• Safety-related or law-enforcement-required records

Retention period:

• Up to 7 years for financial and tax records

• Up to 12 months for security and fraud-prevention records

• Immediately deleted afterward unless required by applicable laws

During the retention period, the retained data will no longer be connected to an active user account and will not be used for operational purposes.

4. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• You will receive an email confirmation

• Your account will be permanently disabled

• You will be logged out of all active sessions

• Your data will no longer appear in the NeoDrive system (except items legally required to retain temporarily)
